For 6 years, golf and November bring to mind the annual Bill Katz Memorial Golf Tournament sponsored by the TPR Foundation at the Power Ranch Golf Club. This event is the premiere fund raiser for the Foundation. This year’s event is scheduled for Tuesday, November 21. This year’s event will occur during Thanksgiving week instead of after the holiday.

The Bill Katz Memorial Golf Tournament brings together members of the Trilogy at Power Ranch community, residents in surrounding communities, vendors who service Trilogy at Power Ranch’s home owners along with family and friends.

The event will host both morning and afternoon tee times and be a show case for the newly redesigned Thompson Golf Group’s course. Registration for the tournament will open on September 1. A pulled pork lunch will be provided along with one drink token for a drink from the beverage cart – alcoholic or non-alcoholic.

The TPR Foundation, an independent charitable organization, established its mission as follows: “Working in partnership with community organization to improve the health, well-being and quality of life for senior adults residing in Southeast Valley, AZ communities, including Power Ranch.”

Recent examples of the aid provided are:

$10,000 donation to HOSPICE OF THE VALLEY’s Dementia Program
