How to Request Funding

If your agency or organization would like to request funding for a project, please complete the online application below. A paper application form can be downloaded and scanned/mailed. We will confirm the receipt of your application within a couple of days. TPR Foundation Board meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month; funding decisions will be communicated to you following the next scheduled meeting.

Provide an introduction of your organization, including full contact details.

Describe the need for your item, project, or program.

Funding requests must be for projects that improve the health, well-being and quality of life for active adults in the Southeast Valley, AZ. Provide a brief description of such benefits.

List the proposed timeline for this project or program including anticipated dates/times for all necessary steps required to implement this program/project including final completion date.

State the amount of money your club/group is requesting from the TPR Foundation.
