Bill Katz Memorial Golf Tournament

Named in honor of one of the Foundation’s founding members and first president, the Bill Katz Memorial Golf tournament is the premier fundraising event for the Foundation. It brings together members of the Trilogy at Power Ranch community, residents in surrounding communities and representatives from businesses and agencies who service these communities, their families and friends. Beginning in 2015, the event has grown to a full day of activities with almost 150 players. The growth of the event has been supported by numerous sponsors who help provide meals and prizes so everyone goes home a winner – especially the seniors who are served by the Foundation.

New Date for 10th Annual Bill Katz Memorial Tournament

As part of the TPR Foundation’s strategic planning, we are moving the annual golf tournament to April 7, 2026. This change is part of a process to balance our schedule of fundraising activities throughout the year. More information will be coming and we look forward to your participation in our premier fundraising event.

2024 Tournament Raises $18,000

The annual TPR Foundation signature event was held December 3rd at Power Ranch Golf Club. One hundred twenty-six golfers enjoyed a day of golf, food, games and prizes. Most importantly, the tournament raised more than $18,000 to go towards activities supporting seniors in the Southeast Valley. The TPR Foundation appreciates the support of all those who played in this event, provided sponsorships, or donated to support the Foundation’s charities.The winners of various golf events and raffles are listed here (pdf file).
