Sponsorship Details

The TPR Foundation will host its Fourth Annual Golf Fundraiser on December 3rd, 2024 at the Trilogy at Power Ranch Golf Course.

The money raised will support programs that seek to improve the quality of life for seniors in the East Valley. Programs to be supported by this fundraiser include home delivered meals through the Gilbert Senior Center (AZCEND), the Hospice of the Valley Dementia Care and Education Center, Dignity Health and the Temmpe Community Action Center. As someone with an interest in our community, your support will not only benefit seniors in the East Valley but will also identify you as someone who supports our community.

AVAILABLE  SPONSORSHIPS

18 Hole Sponsorships

Available @ $900 each

Hole sponsors may set up a table at the hole sponsored and pass out informational literature and/or promotional gifts (i.e. key chains, personalized golf balls or tees, etc.) A large poster recognizing your sponsorship will be posted at the sponsored hole. As a part of the hole sponsorship, you may enter a golf foursome included with the sponsorship. If desired, two (2) free lunches at the golf luncheon are provided for the sponsor with this sponsorship.
For those not wishing to enter a golf foursome, hole sponsorships are available @ $500 each.

Lunch Sponsorship

Available @ $2,500

This sponsor will provide lunch for golfers. A golf foursome is included with this sponsorship. This sponsorship may be split between sponsors if desired. Large signage with name and/or logo will be posted in the eating area. If a sponsorship is split between several sponsors, the golf foursome will also be shared.

Beverage Cart Sponsorship

Available @$1000

This sponsor will be advertised on the beverage carts serving/selling refreshments during the tournament. A golf foursome is included with this sponsorship.

4 Prize Sponsorships

Available @ $200 each.

Low Score Foursome (4 $50 gift certificates)
Men & Women’s Longest Drive (4 $50gift certificates)
Men & Women’s Closest to the Pin (4 $50gift certificates)
Men & Women’s Longest Putt (4 $50gift certificates).
Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and Longest Putt prizes will be awarded $50 gift certificates for men and women on both the front and back nines.

Driving Range Sponsorship or Putting Green Sponsorship

@ $900 with foursome or $500 w/o foursome.

Each of these sponsors may set up a tent or table at their designated sponsorship area and pass out informational literature or promotional gifts. The driving range sponsor may wish to provide small buckets of golf balls for golfer use. The cost of the buckets of balls if provided could be negotiated with the golf course management.The putting green sponsor may want to hold some type of putting contest with small prizes. A golf foursome is included with each sponsorship.

Other Ways to Sponsor

• Raffle Prizes: We are looking for items to distribute as raffle prizes. These items might range from golf clothing, golf bags, and equipment to gift certificates to local businesses or restaurants or for rounds of golf at local golf courses.
• Contributors: Donations of $100 or more from individuals or companies will have their name listed on a large sign that will be displayed at breakfast and luncheon, as well as on the Foundation website.

Sponsor Recognition:

A large poster identifying the sponsor(s) will be on displayat the breakfast and luncheon. All sponsorswill be recognized during the Awards Presentation following the luncheon.Additionally, all sponsors will also be recognizedas contributorson the TPR Foundation Websiteand will be included in an article to be in the San Tan Press followingthe golf outing. All sponsors will receive a letter recognizing the tax value of their donations for IRS purposes.
